Good for one night stay

The wifi was good and the location was convenient for the city beaches. It's on a 24th floor and the windows are facing a quieter side of the building, so you don't hear much of the noise from the street.

The check-in process was very confusing and the staff wasn't very helpful (our Spanish is not amazing and they weren't making it easier at all). There was a horrible smell coming out of the bin and the pillows are covered in a waterproof layer, which is not the most comfortable to sleep on.

Very disappointing!

Absolutely do not recommend to stay her. There are better and cheaper hotels for this price and some even include breakfast.

Horrible accommodation. It´s small, we only got two towels (had asked for three) and they were stinky, lighting is intense white, checking in took about 50 minutes, cleaning lady never came, location so so, noisy studio. Oh, and be aware, owner has two apartments and one studio. All pictures are from the apartments, I thought that I had booked an apartment, but it turned out to be an studio, no balcony etc. I think owner should separate the studio from the apartments in Booking.com, very confusing.

The view is great.

The view is great. Not a bad location.

Cash only, hidden fees. Shady collection. Insecure communication for personal information. I got around twenty texts starting early in the morning from whatsapp waking me up. It was asking for personal information. Owners identity was never really established yet asked for personal information like passport number over an insecure platform. Hidden fees upon check in, not just the 25,000 cleaning fee but there is also another 15,000 fee never mentioned. The pool was closed and even then the next day when it was open you have to buy a swimming cap from the buildings store to use it... more hidden fees and hassle Just after checking in. There is a knock on the door wanting to move furniture in that was obvious would not fit. It seemed like the apartment was vacant the day before after and it was excuse to check on you.. I did not like this. When I asked about additional fee no response. Fifteen minutes later someone knocked on the door demanding cash. They did not establish there identity. Could have been anyone off of the street... Just very odd way to do things.. All of these could have been scams. Eventually when hard pressed the first hidden fee was dropped... still not worth that hassle. This owner unnecessarily makes it a hassle
